The Tsentralny District Court of Voronezh arrested Fyodor Orlov for 5 days for covering the rally against QR codes held on December 4. The journalist was declared guilty of petty hooliganism (Article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation). On December 11, the court arrested Orlov for 7 days under the article on repeated violation of the rally law (Part 8 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation). The journalist stated that force was used against him during detention. According to the law, the current term should be absorbed by the previous one.
