Rosneft filed a lawsuit against the publisher of the magazine Forbes and journalist Dmitry Yakovenko. In April, Yakovenko published an article about journalist Sergey Sudarikov’s ties with Rosneft. On October 29, 2021, the Moscow Arbitration Court fully satisfied Rosneft’s claim against the publisher of the magazine Forbes AS RUS MEDIA JSC and journalist Dmitry Yakovenko. The court ordered the media outlet to remove the publications, publish a refutation, and recover from Yakovenko in favour of Rosneft RUB 6,000 of state duty expenses, as well as RUB 30,000 of state duty expenses from AS RUS MEDIA JSC in favour of Rosneft.
