Additional information:

In St. Petersburg, on the Single Voting Day, Fontanka journalists were not allowed into the institute where «homebound» servicemen were voting. A captain of the second rank first pushed the journalists to the exit, and when he noticed a phone with a working camera, he called cadets with submachine guns and blocked the entrance. The officer twisted the arms of the journalists and tried to snatch the phones, trying to call a fellow officer. As a result, the parties to the conflict agreed to call the police. When the journalist called the police, another soldier appeared and opened the doors of the building, shouting: «What are you guys doing?».
