Vitaly Kudlaev, director of the city emergency service, sued the media outlet. He demanded to deny the information that a criminal case was initiated against him and pay him RUB 3,000,000. According to Kudlaev, the publication «discredits his business reputation as a candidate for deputy» of the regional Duma. Oktyabrsky District Court eventually dismissed the lawsuit.
