Blogger Felix Yeliseyev imprisoned since December 2022 on charges of justifying terrorism and treason, has reported appalling conditions during his detention and a lack of medical care. On 6 October, he was transferred from the Lipetsk pre-trial detention centre to the Penza colony, where he was immediately placed in a punishment cell. Over the past 16 months, he has spent a total of 216 days in such cells. Yeliseyev was sentenced to 14 years in prison for posts on the Telegram channel Kolkhoznoye Bezumie. He was also the author of the public VKontakte pages Nechaevshchina and It Fell Apart ("Ona Razvalilas'").
