Fatima Movlami received a fine for violating the quarantine rules. She was detained by the police in a civilian car while leaving her house. She said that she is a journalist and provided a press card, but still she was fined 200 manat for violation of quarantine rules. "The reason why I am fined is posts that I share," the blogger said.
