On January 8, Farrukh Abdullayev, a citizen engaged in blogging activities, contacted law enforcers via the short number 102, according to the Fergana Region Department of Internal Affairs. He reported that a stranger insulted and beat him and took away his phone. The complaint was accepted and registered in accordance with the established procedure.
