On January 24, Deputy Military Prosecutor of the Republic of Armenia Vahagn Mouradyan filed a lawsuit with the Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction against citizen Marianna Sahakyan and the founder of the news website actor.am, Factor Information Centre NGO, demanding refutation of the information considered as libel and payment of monetary compensation. The reason for the lawsuit was the article published on January 19, in which it was noted that Marianna Sahakyan had become a victim of deception and that she blamed the prosecutor. Later, the website added a refutation to the publication in a postscript, but the lawsuit is still being considered.
