On June 10, on the site Exclusive.kz, an article was published, “Social Medical Insurance Fund Files Multi-Million Suit Against Journalist”. On June 15, the editors received a pre-trial claim from the Medical Insurance Fund demanding a retraction of unreliable information, since not the Fund itself but an officer of it filed the suit in court.
