The Public Fund «Al-Bedel», acting based on a power of attorney from the apparatus of the akim of the East Kazakhstan region, send a pre-trial claim to the Exclusive.kz in which it demanded the news website to delete and deny several articles about the results of the journalistic investigation about the construction of the largest cultural-building complex «Abai Arena» in East Kazakhstan. The Public Fund believes that the article contains negative information which does not correspond to reality and undermines the business reputation of Akimat and Akim Daniyal Akhmetov.
