On June 12, the court partially satisfied the lawsuit filed on December 22, 2021, by citizen Armen Martirosyan against the founder of the news website Exclusive.am, demanding to refute the defamation, publicly apologise for the insult, publish the final part of the judicial act, pay compensation of AMD 1 million for the insult and AMD 2 million for the defamation. By its act, the court obliged the defendant to publicly refute the expressions defaming the plaintiff and to pay AMD 170,000, of which AMD 20,000 as state duty, the rest — for the payment of lawyer’s services.
