The deputy head of the administration of the closed city Raduzhny Sergey Olesnikov filed a complaint with the police against 16-year-old Evgeny Sautin, the administrator of the group «Raduzhny!». The official did not like the post with the anonymous flyer published in the group: it had a collage with an image of the head of the administration Sergey Naidukhov and the text, which ended with the slogan «It's time to change this authority!». Olesnikov considered the post defamatory and extremist. The police took an explanation from Sautin; the issue of initiating a criminal case is being considered. In October 2020, the police refused to open a criminal defamation case against him.
