The woman did not agree with the facts in an article in the Babruysk kur’yer, dedicated to early voting during the parliamentary elections at voting precinct no. 22 in Babruysk. The court took the side of the plaintiff and obliged the publication and also Glagolev-Vaskovich, the author of the article, to meet her demands.
