Evgeny Domozhirov was summoned for interrogation as a suspect in a case of insulting a representative of the authorities (Article 319 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). The case was initiated after the publication of a video about the destruction of the city square. In this video, Domozhirov called the deputies of the city Duma «animals» and «fascists». In August, he was fined under Part 1 of Article 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation (demonstration of Nazi symbols) for this video.
