Domozhirov was arrested for three days on charges of disobeying the police (Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation). He was also given two fines of RUB 1,000 each for violating the rules of self-isolation (Part 1 of Article 20.6.1 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation). The journalist was covering the protest of residents of the Byvalovo microdistrict against the construction of a kindergarten on the park site. The first report was drawn up on him on April 24th. On April 27, Domozhirov was arrested, left overnight at the police station, and taken to court in handcuffs.
