Vologda City Court fined activist Evgeny Domozhirov RUB 2,000 for a video in which he depicted local officials wearing Nazi caps. In August, he was fined under Part 1 of Article 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation (demonstration of Nazi symbols) for this video.
