Evgeniya Dolgaya was detained outside her house in front of her nine-year-old daughter. She was taken to the police station where the report on the violation of the law on mass events was drawn on her. She was arrested for three days awaiting the trial. On 12 October, the court, based on the police protocol, recognized Dolgaya guilty and imposed a fine. In court, the journalist said that she was placed in a cold cell without a pillow or blanket. She did not feel well and fainted, but no one called the ambulance, therefore she went on a hunger strike.
