Maskouski district court of Minsk refused journalists of independent media outlets to attend the court hearing where the verdict's announcement to TUT.BY journalist Katsiaryna Barysevich and BSMP emergency hospital doctor Artsiom Sarokin was held. The court motivated the refusal with the lack of spaces in the meeting room and the "unfavourable epidemiological situation". Despite this, journalists by the state media were allowed to attend.
