According to the decision of the Oktyabrsky District Court of Bishkek, the blogger arrested for two months. Earlier, Sydymanov posted a video on his page on Instagram, where he stated that the southern regions of Kyrgyzstan - Osh, Batken and Jalal-Abad are undeveloped. He was detained on suspicion of inciting inter-regional hatred under Article 313 of the Kyrgyz Republic's Criminal Code. However, experts did not find any signs of inciting inter-regional hatred in his statements.
