Leninsky District Court sentenced Shukaeva to 40 hours of community service for the action of solidarity with Khabarovsk protests that took place on August 1. Shukaeva and civic activist Olga Pavlova were found guilty under Part 6.1 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation (participation in an unauthorized action that caused interference with the traffic). Shukaeva was detained on August 6 and spent the night in the police department.
