The head of the Citizens and Development Party Ali Aliyev and the head of the YouTube channel Bumerang Media Elchin Rahimzadeh was interrogated by the State Security Service. They were released late in the evening. Aliyev told reporters that the questioning was about one «sufficiently large-scale criminal case». He said he could not disclose any details. Rahimzadeh said he was taken from his office, where a search was conducted and the safe of the editorial office was seized. According to Rahimzadeh, he was questioned as a witness. The special services were interested in the sources of some videos published on the channel. Rahimzadeh said that he was treated correctly, no pressure was exerted.
