The security officials detained the photojournalist during a protest march of pensioners. She was taken to the police department for an «identity check». Her photo equipment was confiscated. She was drawn up a report under Article 22.9 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Belarus (violation of the law on mass media). Gordeeva was released a few hours later.
