The blogger, who was streaming from pickets for collecting signatures for presidential candidates for his Telegram channel, was accused of violating the law on mass events (Article 23.34 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Belarus). The court arrested him for 15 days, despite the fact that Palchys was already under the arrest since June 15.
