On February 18, 2022, the judge of the Bakhchisarai District Court Gurman Atamanyuk found the Crimean Tatar activist and moderator of the Pink Bush of Crimean Khans groups Edem Dudakov guilty of committing an offense under Article 20.3.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (inciting hatred or hostility, as well as degrading human dignity) for the Facebook comment left in 2017, and arrested him for 10 days. On February 17, an «inspection» was conducted at Dudakov's apartment, which ended with the seizure of his digital equipment and his detention.
