On February 17, 2022, in Bakhchisarai, police conducted an operational and investigative measure «inspection» at the apartment of an active user of social networks and group moderator Pink Bush of Crimean Khans Edem Dudakov, which ended with the seizure of digital equipment and detention of Dudakov. Subsequently, an administrative protocol was drawn up on him under Article 20.3.1 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation (inciting hatred or enmity, as well as humiliation of human dignity) for a comment on Facebook left in 2017. He was taken to the district department and held there until the trial the next day. After the trial, he was arrested.
