The Dokshytsy District Court declared the journalist guilty of violating the Law on Mass Media for cooperating with the TV channel Belsat without accreditation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus under Article 23.5 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Belarus (Illegal production and distribution of mass media products). The judge fined Lupach 30 base amounts (BYN 870).
