The Dokshytsy District Court fined freelance journalist Dzmitry Lupach 30 base amounts (BYN 870) for cooperation with a foreign media outlet without accreditation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The court declared the journalist guilty of violating Part 3 of Article 23.5 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Belarus (illegal production and distribution of media products).
