Security forces detained the journalist when he was taking pictures of the protest action. He was taken to the District Department of Internal Affairs, where two administrative protocols were drawn up to him: for alleged disobedience to the demands of the police and for participation in an unauthorised event. He was arrested awaiting the trial. On 2 November, the court found the journalist guilty based on the police reports and arrested him for ten days.
