On the basis of a police warrant, the court punished the journalist with a large fine for violation of the law on mass events (Art. 23.34 of the Code of Administrative Law) – for participation in a street action against integration with Russia. Seredyuk explained to the court that at that time, she was at another location, which could be confirmed by witnesses, but the judge rejected her claims.
