At 6 AM, officers of the Financial Investigation Department of the State Control Committee came to the home of Dzianis Dubkou, the photojournalist of the Orsha regional portal Orsha.eu. The law enforcers seized computer equipment and took the journalist away for interrogation. He was released in the evening of the same day, having signed an undertaking not to disclose the secrets of the investigation.
