Bukhara-born blogger Dzhurabek Omonov was summoned to the Uzbek embassy on August 19 to discuss the fate of a two-year-old girl whose mother is on the wanted list. He was attacked and beaten by the guards of the diplomatic mission for his indignation at the rude treatment of the visitors to the diplomatic mission. He was being strangled during the fight, and his nose was also broken. The blogger created groups in social networks called «Suyanch» (Support), which help migrant workers in the Russian Federation. Currently, there are about 100,000 users subscribed to his pages on social networks.
