A car carrying two Reuters journalists (photographer Olexander Yermochenko and cameraman Pavlo Klimov) was shot at near Severodonetsk. The journalists were wounded and the driver was killed. The journalists were traveling to Rubizhne in a car provided to them by the pro-Russian side. As a result of the shelling, Yermochenko was lightly wounded by shrapnel, and Klimov's arm was fractured. The reporters were taken to the hospital, where they were given first aid.
