The Leninsky District Court of Omsk has fined Dmitry Veliky, founder of the opposition Telegram channels "Stop War Crime" and "Putin's GULAG", 5,000 rubles (€51.79) for involvement with an “undesirable organisation” under Article 20.33 of the Code of Administrative Offenses. The case was based on four posts: one linking to Meduza, two linking to The Moscow Times, and one mentioning The Insider and SOTA Project without links. All of these outlets are classified as "undesirable." Dmitry Veliky was designated a “foreign agent” in July 2025.
