The Leninsky District Court of Omsk has opened an administrative case against blogger Dmitry Veliky, founder of the opposition Telegram channels StopWarCrime and Putin’s GULAG, on charges of involvement with an “undesirable organisation” (Article 20.33 of the Administrative Code). The specific details of the case have not been disclosed. In July 2025, the Ministry of Justice added Dmitry Veliky, to the register of “foreign agents” and accused him of financing the Ukrainian army.
