The Central District Court of Khabarovsk fined Tymoshenko 10,000 and 150,000 rubles for violation and repeated violation of the rules of the protest actions (article 20.2, part 5 and article 20.2, part 8, of the Administrative Code) for covering the protest as a journalist. Tymoshenko spent almost a week in detention: he was detained on January 16, taken to court four times and immediately arrested again. The total amount of fine issued to him exceeds 400,000 rubles (5,492.50 USD).
