The Leninsky District Court of Cheboksary has fined Dmitry Semenov, a journalist residing in Lithuania, 5,000 rubles (€98.00) under a protocol for participating in the activities of an “undesirable organisation” (Article 20.33 of the Code of Administrative Offences). The protocol was issued due to Semenov’s participation in the 12th Forum of Free Russia in Vilnius in February 2024.
