The journalist was taken from his home by plain-clothed police officers to the police department, where he was drawn up up a report for violation of the law on mass events (Article 23.34 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Belarus). He was transferred to the temporary detention centre until the trial. On September 11, the court found the journalist guilty and arrested him for 15 days.
