The Russian Ministry of Justice has added video blogger Dmitry Purkin (Grandpa Archimedes) to its register of “foreign agents.” He has been accused of participating in the creation and dissemination of content by foreign agents, spreading fake news aimed at creating a negative image of the Russian Armed Forces, and speaking out against the war in Ukraine. Purkin's YouTube channel has about 500,000 subscribers.
