Additional information:
Open Media journalist Dmitry Nikitin was detained in Moscow. According to Nikitin, the police tried to take his fingerprints because «there would be an administrative violation anyway» (in reality, only a court can decide this). Nikitin refused, citing the unlawfully forced dactyloscopy under Federal Law №128 «On State Dactiloscopic Registration in the Russian Federation». The journalist spent the night until the trial at the police station.
