The Russian Ministry of Justice has added blogger Dmitry Khramtsov to its register of “foreign agents.” According to the Ministry of Justice, he provided financial support to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, spoke out against the war with Ukraine, and distributed materials from foreign agents. Dmitry Khramtsov is a US-based engineer and technologist who runs an English-language educational YouTube channel about electronics manufacturing.
