Central District Court fined Dmitry Khetagurov RUB 10,000 under Part 6 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation (participation in an unauthorized event that interfered with the traffic). The case was initiated for action on October 24. Khetagurov was detained at the action on December 26, when he was video broadcasting, and sent to the detention center until the trial.
