The Krasnoflotsk District Court arrested Dmitry Khetagurov for 5 days under Part 6.1 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation (participation in the event that interfered with the traffic). The journalist was arrested on November 11 during the filming of an individual picket; the next day, he was sentenced to one day of arrest under the same article for filming a protest rally on September 12. Khetagurov was released and immediately arrested again.
