While the journalist was held in the detention centre until the trial for participating in an unauthorized rally on October 11, the police drew up another report on him – for participation in the rally on October 6. On October 14, the court, having considered the reports, acquitted him on one of the charges but found him guilty on the second one and arrested him for three days.
