The journalist was detained by the police when he was conducting interviews near the police station. He was taken to the police department, where he was drawn up a report for violation of the law on mass events (Article 23.34 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Belarus) and sent to the temporary detention centre for almost three days until the trial. On September 14, the court, having considered the documents, sent the case to the police for revision, and the journalist was released.
