The administrator of the Telegram channel 'Protestnyy MGU' (Protest MSU), Dmitry Ivanov, was detained when he was supposed to be released after 30 days of arrest for participating in a rally in support of Alexei Navalny on February 2. On March 5, the court again arrested Ivanov for 10 days for disobeying the police officer's order. A protocol was drawn up against him under Article 19.3 of the Administrative Code.
