The author of the Telegram channel Protest MSU Dmitry Ivanov was detained when he was supposed to be released after 30 days for taking part in a rally in support of Alexey Navalny on February 2. On March 5, the court arrested Ivanov for 10 days for disobeying the order of a police officer. A report was drawn up for him under Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation.
