A criminal case was opened against the video blogger Dmitry Ivanov, known as Kamikaze D, for «fakes» about the army (Article 207.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). Ivanov is being prosecuted for videos in which he talked about the Russian army’s airstrike on the Mariupol Drama Theater and spoke negatively about a speech by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation spokeswoman Maria Zakharova. Ivanov has not lived in Russia since 2017.
