On the eve of Russia Day, the police sent a warning about «the inadmissibility of committing offences» to Dmitry Frontov, the journalist of the newspaper Zelenaya Moskva and forest protection activist. According to the warning, the police have evidence that Frontov commits offences against public order. In January, Frontov was fined under Part 5 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation (violation of the order of holding a rally) for meeting with State Duma member Anzhelika Glazkova over deforestation.
