Open Media correspondent Dmitry Balashov, who was detained during the rally in Moscow, was released from the police department with a report on violation of the order of the rally (Part 5 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation). At the police station, Balashov was interrogated as a witness in a criminal case for violation of the sanitary and epidemiological regime (Article 236 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
