In Buryatia, the court arrested blogger Dmitry Bairov for 15 days on charges of calling for unauthorized actions. On February 24, Bairov was streaming from his car parked near the Sovetsky court building in Ulan-Ude. He spoke about the military invasion of Ukraine by Russian troops and urged those who wished to express a position to do so. Police officers smashed his car window and forced him out.
